"I wanted to feel like Alto..."
I wanted to feel like Alto was worth the higher price, but I was a little disappointed. The cars are usually clean and the drivers are nice, which I do appreciate, but it still feels expensive for what it is. I like not feeling like I’m taking a gamble with the ride, but for the cost, I expected it to feel a bit more special or consistent. It’s not bad, just not quite the value I was hoping for...

The ride itself was okay, I guess. The car was clean and we got there fine, but the driver just seemed kind of rude the whole time. They barely said anything, acted annoyed when I asked a quick question, and kept checking their phone at red lights. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but still... for the price, I expected the experience to feel a lot more professional...

"Support got back to me fast"
I had a question about my ride credit and support replied way quicker than I expected. They actually read what I’d already sent and didn’t make me explain the whole thing over again, which feels like the decent way to handle it. They fixed the issue and made the whole situation a lot less stressful.

"SUPER Easy to Use"
I found the app really simple to use. I booked my ride in like a minute, and everything went through with NO issues at all.

"My driver was late again, and at this..."
My driver was late again, and at this point I just don’t feel like I can count on the service. I don’t mind the occasional delay, but when it keeps happening, it gets frustrating fast

"Made me feel safe, honestly"
I’ve used Alto a few times now, and I have to say it feels safer than a lot of other rides I’ve taken. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I really liked that I knew who was picking me up, and the cars were always clean. The drivers came across as professional too, which made it easier to relax. It wasn’t totally perfect since one ride showed up a little late, but even then I still felt comfortable the whole time. I’d probably use it again.

"Clean car and comfy seats"
The car was really clean and the seats were comfy. I’m picky about stuff like that, probably because I get tired easily on rides, but this one was nice and relaxing.
